Now that the card is full, we know for certain: with this game, we've won together! During WorldPride, with the Canal Parade as its radiant highlight, we'll show the world: Dolly Bellefleur on her colourful boat, made possible in part by all the nationalities who call Amsterdam home. Mokum at its most beautiful, the city where everyone counts.
One extra flag: Let love rule
One important flag was missing from the UNITY BINGO. That's because Amsterdam is also home to people who aren't counted in the official figures. Think of refugees, stateless people, or those whose country isn't recognised. People who have been driven from their homeland, because of their beliefs, who they are, or who they love. In Amsterdam they aren't always represented by an official flag yet, but they belong here all the same. That's why we've decided to add this important extra flag.
